These are the legal terms and conditions under which we supply you with the products (‘Products’) listed on our website www.baltanz.com (‘our site’). Please read these terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) carefully before ordering any Products from our site. By placing an order for the purchase of any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our website Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Returns Policy, whether or not you choose to register with us. These Terms and Conditions set out who we are, how we will supply the Products to you, how you and we can change or cancel the contract, what to do in the event of a problem and other important information.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
- The website www.baltanz.com is managed by Creative Ways Limited (‘We’). We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16133395 and have our registered office at Dept 4139 43 Owston Road, Carcroft Doncaster, England DN6 8DA. Our email address is info@baltanz.com. If we need to contact you, we will do so in writing to the email or postal address you provided in your order, unless you have asked us to contact you by other means. When we use the words ‘written’ or ‘written’ in these terms and conditions, this includes email.
2. THE CONTRACT AND THE DEALER BRAND
- When you place an order on our site for a Product sold by Baltanz, the contract for the sale of the Product is concluded between you and Baltanz or our dealer brand.
3. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
- There are certain restrictions on the possibility of accepting orders from certain countries. These restrictions can be found on the ‘Deliveries’ page.
4. YOUR STATUS
- You may only purchase Products from us if:
- you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us (for example, in England and Wales, you must be at least 18 years old);
- you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card or payment account (such as Paypal) used to pay for your order; and
- you are resident in a country to which we deliver (see the ‘Deliveries’ page for more information).
5. HOW THE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US IS FORMED
- Once you have placed your order, you should receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order (but please contact us if you do not receive this e-mail). This does not mean that the order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us (which we may refuse for any reason).
- After placing the order, we will immediately contact the bank or card issuer to obtain authorisation to make the payment to your account. We will not process the order until payment has been received in full. If we accept your order, we will confirm this by sending you a new email confirming that the product is being processed and ready to be dispatched, at which point the contract between us (‘Contract’) will be concluded.
- From the moment you place your order, we will start processing it, which means that you will not be able to change it before delivery, but you will be able to return the Products in accordance with clause 8 of these terms and conditions or our Returns Policy.
- From time to time, we may make minor changes to a Product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
- These terms and conditions, and any Contract between us, are written in English only. Please note that we do not necessarily keep a copy of your Agreement. You should keep a copy of these terms and conditions and your order for future reference.
6. DELIVERY
- The order will be processed by the delivery date specified on the dispatch confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, as soon as reasonably possible (depending on the delivery service selected). In any case, delivery will be made within 30 days of the contract date.
- If no one is available at your address to make the delivery and the Products cannot be sent through your letterbox or left in a safe place after three unsuccessful attempts, we may terminate the Contract and article 13 shall apply.
- Delivery of your order will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address indicated by you and, from that moment, the Products will be your responsibility.
- The Products become your property upon receipt of full payment.
- The product images on our website and in other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your products may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to display and print the colours of the products accurately, we cannot guarantee that the display of the images on your computer or the images contained in other advertising materials will accurately reflect the colours of the products delivered to you.
- Please note that postcode restrictions apply and that orders placed under the Private Label can only be delivered to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Check your eligibility on the product page.
- Working days exclude Sundays and bank holidays and Saturdays for the Dealer Brand.

- If you wish to dispute the delivery of your order, you have 28 days from the day on which the tracking status of your order was updated by the carrier as having been dispatched (i.e. updated as having been delivered to the address indicated on the dispatch confirmation). We reserve the right to request proof before making any refund of the price paid and/or the associated delivery costs.
- In addition, if you order Products from us for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom
- (a) your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches its delivery destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. The customer will be responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. We will not be liable if you fail to pay such import duties or taxes;
- (b) you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are intended. We will not be liable if you violate such laws; and
- (c) please see our Returns Policy for more information about returning Products from a destination outside the UK.
- Next Day excludes most private label items.
7. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
– If you order Products from us for delivery to a destination outside the UK:
- your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be applied at the time of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for paying these import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. We will not be liable if you do not pay these import duties or taxes;
- you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are intended. We will not be liable if you violate such laws; and
- if you return the Products to us from a destination outside the United Kingdom, please ensure that the return packaging is clearly marked ‘Return to Supplier’ or a statement to similar effect.
8. PRICE AND PAYMENT
- The price payable for the Products will be the price indicated on our website in pounds sterling (GBP) or euros (EUR). The prices advertised on our site include UK VAT at the rate applicable at the time, but exclude delivery charges, which are payable additionally and shown separately during the checkout process.
- We may change the prices on our site at any time and without prior notice, but the changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. However, if the VAT rate changes after the order date, we will adjust the VAT rate you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the VAT change takes effect.
- We accept payments by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay (iOS only), PayPal, Clearpay, Klarna and cryptocurrency. We accept the following cards: Visa, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro.
- You must pay for the Products (including all applicable delivery costs) and we will debit the card you have chosen to use to pay for your order as soon as you reach the final billing page and submit your order. We will immediately contact your bank or card issuer to obtain authorisation to make the payment from your account. If you use Clearpay, such payment will be subject to additional terms and conditions between you and Clearpay, available at https://www.clearpay.co.uk/en-GB/terms-of-service. - If we accept and process your order where there is a clear and unambiguous pricing error, which could reasonably have been recognised by you as a pricing error, we may terminate the Contract, refund any amounts paid by you under the Contract and demand the return of any Products supplied to you.
- Our liability to pay for the Product is satisfied when Baltanz has received payment in full in accordance with clause 8.4 above, regardless of whether the Product is sold by Baltanz or under the Seller’s brand. Baltanz shall be entitled to use the proceeds of payment at its absolute discretion, insofar as such use has no effect on the satisfaction of its liability in respect of the purchase of the Product.
- If you wish to apply a discount voucher code to your order, you must enter the relevant code during the online checkout process. Up to five voucher codes may be used per order and additional terms and conditions may apply in relation to each voucher code. We reserve the right to reject any voucher code that is invalid for the order or has expired.
9. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
- If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union (‘EU’), you have a statutory right to cancel a Contract if you change your mind, up to 14 days after you (or a person designated by you) receive the Product(s), unless the Product(s) is split into several deliveries on different days, in which case you have up to 14 days after the day on which you (or a person designated by you) receive the last Product ordered under the Contract that you wish to cancel. We have the right to extend the cancellation period at our discretion and you should consult our Returns Policy for more information.
- You have the right to exercise your right to cancel any or all of the products in an order. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
- You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if you receive defective Products or your Products become defective. You must inform us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of a defect in your Product. For more information, please see our Returns Policy.
- The right of withdrawal set out in clause 9 does not apply to cosmetics and jewellery with piercings, or to swimwear and lingerie if the hygienic seal is missing or broken; vitamins and supplements, medicines and personal hygiene products, if the hygiene or product seal has been broken or is no longer in place or if the product is not in its original packaging (if applicable), unless it is defective; the returned footwear must not have been worn outdoors, but may have been tried on indoors (but not on stone or tiled floors). Returned footwear must be in the original box (if any) and in the original shoe bag or dust bag (if any); household items, including bed linen, mattresses, covers and pillows, must be unused and in the original unopened packaging; electrical products may have a specific guarantee period or additional conditions relating to returns; in some cases, electrical products cannot be returned if the packaging has been tampered with or opened, or if a hygienic seal (if present) has been tampered with or is broken; furniture items must be in new and unused condition, unassembled and in their original packaging perishable items (including but not limited to food, alcohol or flowers); unpackaged computer programmes (including CDs and DVDs); custom-made and personalised items; vitamins or supplements, if the seal has been tampered with.
- If you wish to terminate a Contract in accordance with clauses 9.1 to 9.3, you must notify us within the time limits set out in those clauses. There are several ways to contact us: you can

- If you cancel a Contract under clause 9.1 before you receive the Products, but after the Products have been sent to you, you must return them as soon as you have received them. You must return the Products within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel the Contract. If you choose to return the Products using a method other than one of our designated couriers (available through our returns service in the UK), you will remain responsible for the Products, including any loss or damage, until we have received them. For more information on how to return Products, please see our Returns Policy. If you wish to cancel a Trademark Contract, you should follow the instructions on the order delivery note. If you do not use this service in accordance with the instructions on the delivery note, you will be liable for the cost of returning the Products.
10. RETURNS
- (1) As an alternative to exercising your rights under clause 9, you may wish to return an item using our returns service in the UK. For more information on returns, please see our Returns Policy. The returns procedure for Products depends on whether the individual item was supplied by Baltanz or the licensed brand. To check whether the individual item is from a franchised brand, please check your order confirmation before returning the Products in accordance with our Returns Policy.
- 2. If you choose to return the Products using a method other than one of our nominated couriers (available through our UK returns service), you will remain responsible for the Products, including for any loss or damage, until they are received by us.
- 3. In the event that we suspect fraudulent activity, including, but not limited to, circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders placed but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn or that the items returned do not match those ordered, or if we suspect that you have not returned the items to us and/or have provided us with a falsified proof of return, we reserve the right not to issue refunds and to block your account (and any associated account) for future orders. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, you can contact us and we will discuss the matter with you.
11. RIGHT TO A REFUND (UK AND EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS ONLY)
- If you are a UK or EEA consumer and you terminate the Contract under clause 9, we will refund the price you paid for the product:
- We will refund the price paid for the Products. However, please note that we may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Goods if this has been caused by handling the Goods in a way that would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund the price you paid before we were able to inspect the Products and we subsequently discover that you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you will have to pay us an appropriate amount; and
- 2. refund any charges paid for delivery of the Products, although the maximum refund of delivery charges is the least expensive delivery method offered by us to your delivery destination; and
- make any refunds due to the customer via the payment method used by the customer:
- 14 days after the day on which we receive the Products from you or, if earlier, 14 days after the day on which you provide us with proof that you have returned the Products to us via one of our nominated carriers; or
- for services only, 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to terminate the Contract.
- If you choose to return the Products by a method other than one of our designated carriers, you will remain responsible for the Products until we receive them and we will not be liable for a refund if you do not receive the Products or if they are damaged when you receive them. In such circumstances, you should contact the carrier you used to return the Products.

12. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- If you are a consumer, we have a legal obligation to supply the Products in accordance with the Contract. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights in relation to defective Products.
- If you consider that a Product supplied by us is faulty or incorrectly described, you must notify us using the contact details set out in clause 9.6.
- If you discover that your Product is defective after 14 days, we reserve the right to request evidence, such as photographs of the defect, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery charges.
13. FAIR USE POLICY
- To further protect against fraud and misuse of our returns services, we have developed a Fair Use Policy. All returns and purchases must comply with our Fair Use Policy.
- Fraudulent, suspicious or unusual return activity
- Your account may be flagged for fraudulent, suspicious or unusual return or purchase activity.
- When we analyse your account, we will mainly take into account
- excessive returns, much higher than the rest of our customer base;
- the number of orders placed
- the percentage of orders withheld
- the value of each order
- complaints about orders not received
- missing items;
- unusual business models;
- returned items suspected of having been used;
- returned items showing signs of wear; and
- returned items that do not correspond to the order.
- At our discretion, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account. In serious cases, we may also refuse refunds and take legal action if necessary.
- Upon suspension or termination of your account, [you will have to pay the shipping costs for any valid returns]. Valid returns will be refunded as normal.
- In the future, we may increase the cost of returns for accounts that do not comply with the Fair Use Policy.
- Nothing in this Fair Use Policy affects your legal rights.
14. OUR RIGHTS TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
- We may terminate the Agreement at any time by giving you written notice if
- you fail to make any payment when due;
- you fail to provide us, within a reasonable time of our request, with the information necessary for the supply of the Products; or
- you do not allow us to deliver the Products to you within a reasonable time.
- We may also terminate the Contract in the circumstances set out in clause 7.5, clause 7.6 or clause 13.
- If we terminate the Contract in any of the situations referred to in clause 13.1, we will refund the amount paid in advance for the Products not supplied to you, but may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for any costs you incur as a result of the termination.
15. OUR LIABILITY
- If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we will be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you which is the foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill, but we will not be liable for loss or damage which is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will occur or if, at the time of entering into the Contract, both we and you knew that it might occur.
- We supply the Products for domestic and private use only. If you use the Products for commercial, business or resale purposes, we will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
- We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any matter for which we cannot exclude or limit our liability under any applicable law.
16. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
- We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations under a Contract which is caused by an event outside our control. An event beyond our control means any act, event, omission or incident beyond our reasonable control.
- If an Event beyond our control occurs which affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to inform you and our obligations under the Contract will be suspended and the deadline for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event beyond our control. If the Event Outside Our Control affects the delivery of the Products to you, we will agree a new delivery date with you as soon as the Event Outside Our Control has ended.
- You may cancel a Contract affected by an Event outside our control if there is a risk of substantial delay. To cancel a Contract under this clause 14, you must contact us using the details set out in clause 8.2.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- All intellectual property rights in the Products are owned by us or our licensors. All such rights are reserved.
18. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
- Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
- If we need to contact you, we will do so in writing or by telephone using the contact details you provided in your order, unless you have asked us to contact you by other means. When we refer to ‘in writing’ in these terms and conditions, this includes email.
- We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The terms and conditions applicable to your Contract will be those displayed on our website at the time you place your order.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under the Contract to another organisation. If we do so, we will notify you in writing and ensure that the transfer does not affect your rights under the Contract.
- You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Conditions to another person if we agree in writing.
- Where the Contract relates to Products sold by the Retailer, the Contract is between you and the Retailer. Alternatively, if the Contract relates to Products sold by Baltanz, the Contract is concluded between you and the Distributor Brand. No other person shall have the right to enforce any of its terms.
- The Contract is between you and Baltanz. No other person shall have the right to enforce any of its terms.
- Each paragraph of these terms and conditions operates separately. If a court or competent authority decides that one of them is illegal or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
- If we do not insist that you fulfil any of your obligations under these terms and conditions, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, this does not mean that we have waived our rights against you and does not mean that you are not obliged to fulfil those obligations. If we waive a breach by you, we will only do so in writing and this does not mean that we will automatically waive any subsequent breach by you.
- Please note that these terms and conditions are governed by English law. If you are a consumer, this means that a Contract for the purchase of Products and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law, except that if you are not resident in England, English law will apply only to the extent that it does not override any mandatory law of the country in which you are habitually resident.
- In relation to any dispute or claim relating to a Contract, if you are a consumer, both you and We submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights to bring proceedings against Us or to have proceedings brought in the country where you are habitually resident. If you are not a consumer, both you and We submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and Google’s privacy policy and terms of service apply.
19. AFTER-SALES SERVICE
- Questions, comments or requests relating to these terms and conditions or our Products should be directed to info@baltanz.com.
- If you have any questions, comments, requests or complaints relating to any Product provided under a Licensed Brand Agreement, these should be directed to info@baltanz.com.
- If you have any complaints, these should be addressed to Baltanz by email to info@baltanz.com.
- If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled a complaint, you can request that the complaint be submitted to alternative dispute resolution (where an independent body examines the facts of the dispute and tries to resolve it without the user having to go to court). Disputes can be submitted for online resolution on the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, available here.
20. PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Official baltanz promotion codes entitle you to an offer on your online order at www.baltanz.com. To use the promotion code, click on the ‘redeem promotion code’ button on the order summary page and enter the specific code. Promotional codes can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in combination with other promotions or offers. Promotional codes are territory-specific, remain our property, are not transferable and are not valid for the purchase of gift cards or vouchers. There is no cash alternative. Promotional codes and related offers are not accessible to baltanz.com employees and we reserve the right to withdraw them and to refuse or limit any order at any time. Promotional codes are only valid on baltanz.com for payments made by residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland in pounds sterling, if eligible, euros, US dollars or Australian dollars. Payment in euros, US dollars or Australian dollars can be activated by selecting the appropriate flag from the currency selection drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the home page.
21. GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing, using or accepting a Baltanz electronic gift card ( electronic gift card ) or a physical gift card at selected shops ( shop gift card ) (each a Gift Card and, together or in any combination, Gift Cards), you agree to enter into a contract with Baltanz and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and our Website Terms and Conditions which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing, using or accepting a Gift Card. By purchasing, using or accepting a Gift Card, you agree that your contract with us for the Gift Card will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and our Website Terms and Conditions.
Baltanz / we / our stands for Creative Ways Limited. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16133395 and our registered office is at Dept 4139 43 Owston Road, Carcroft Doncaster, England DN6 8DA.
Our Gift Cards are managed by third parties authorised to carry out any or all of our responsibilities in relation to your Gift Card.
You mean only the person who has purchased the Gift Card from us or from selected shops. If you nominate someone else to receive and use your Gift Card, you authorise that person to use your Gift Card and any balance on your Gift Card.
Gift Cards are not guarantee cheques, credit cards, debit cards, electronic money or regulated payment instruments. Please note that Gift Cards are not regulated as payment instruments under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and the amounts on them are not electronic money under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. Therefore, the rights and protections under those Regulations do not apply and the Financial Conduct Authority does not supervise this service or the Gift Cards.
PURCHASING AN E-GIFT CARD
Up to five eGift Cards can be purchased in a single transaction. Electronic Gift Cards cannot be purchased together with other items on baltanz.com in the same transaction.
Electronic Gift Cards can be purchased and activated for a minimum value of £5 and a maximum value of £500. E-gift cards are only available in GBP. Electronic gift cards are accepted for payment by debit card, credit card and PayPal. It is not possible to buy an e-gift card using another gift card.
All electronic gift cards in GBP activated after 1 March 2023 will have an expiry date of 12 months, while previous ones will have an expiry date of 24 months. For physical gift cards, please refer to the T&Cs on the back of the product’.
BUYING A SHOP GIFT CARD
You can only buy a shop gift card in selected shops in the UK.
Shop gift cards can be purchased and activated for a minimum value of £15 and a maximum value of £100. Shop gift cards are only available in GBP and will be activated at the time of purchase.
Payment for shop gift cards will be made by the selected shop where they were purchased (or by a third party used by the selected shop to process the payment).
ELECTRONIC GIFT CARD DELIVERY
When your e-gift card order has been approved by us and your payment has been cleared for the full amount of the e-gift card purchase, the e-gift card will be delivered to the email address you indicated for delivery when you completed your order. The email address you indicate for delivery must be yours or that of the person you have indicated to receive and use the e-gift card.
The e-gift card will not be delivered until the payment made to us has been settled for the full purchase price of the e-gift card.
Once payment has been settled, the e-gift card will be delivered to the email address specified by the customer on the specific delivery date specified by the customer when placing the order. The specific delivery date specified by the customer when placing the order must be within 2 months of the order date. If payment has not been settled by the specific delivery date indicated, the electronic gift card will be delivered once payment has been settled.
If no specific delivery date is indicated on the order date, the e-gift card will be delivered to the email address indicated on the order date, provided payment has been settled. If payment has not been made on the order date, the gift card will be delivered after payment has been made.
Baltanz cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from the delivery of an electronic gift card to an incorrect e-mail address due to errors made by the user when placing the order. You should therefore take the utmost care when entering your order details.
REDEEMING A GIFT CARD
The gift card can only be used to make online purchases at baltanz.com in the United Kingdom. All purchases made with the value of your Gift Card by you or any other person will also be subject to our Website Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The value of your Gift Card cannot be used to purchase items from any brand affiliated with baltanz. Unless they are offered for sale by a brand retailer on baltanz.com.
To redeem any amount on the Gift Card, you will need to enter the 8-digit PIN which can be found, in relation to electronic Gift Cards, on the delivery email sent to you (or to the person you nominated to receive and use your electronic Gift Card), or, in relation to in-store Gift Cards, on the back of the physical card. You can use up to five Gift Cards per transaction.
If the full amount of your gift card has not been spent, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and will remain on your gift card to be used until it expires.
The amount on your gift card can be used to purchase items whose price is higher than the balance on your gift card, provided that you or the user making the transaction also pays the difference for those items using one of our provided payment methods.
DEADLINE
The activation day is the date on which (a) the eGift Card is actually delivered to the email address provided by you, or (b) you purchase the gift card from the shop and it is activated by the selected shop from which it was purchased, as the case may be.
All GBP digital eGifts activated after 1 March 2023 will have an expiry date of 12 months, while previous eGifts will have an expiry date of 24 months. For physical gift cards, please refer to the T&Cs on the back of the product.’
The gift card cannot be redeemed or used once it has expired.
CHECKING THE BALANCE
The balance of the electronic gift card can be checked online.
RETURNING ITEMS BOUGHT WITH AN E-GIFT CARD
If you or the person you have nominated to receive and use your Gift Card have purchased items with a Gift Card but subsequently return the items and are entitled to a refund in accordance with the Terms and Conditions on our website, any amount payable for the refund will first be added to the remaining balance on the Gift Card, with any balance refunded to the other prescribed payment method you used to pay.
CORRUPTED, CANCELLED, LOST, STOLEN, DESTROYED, DAMAGED OR USED GIFT CARDS
Baltanz shall not be liable if a Gift Card is corrupted, cancelled, lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged or used (as the case may be) without authorisation. Baltanz reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card which it considers to have been duplicated, tampered with, damaged or which it suspects to have been the object of fraud.
We cannot be held responsible for electronic gift cards that cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s spam filters, firewalls, mailbox capacity and any other factors beyond our control.
Baltanz cannot replace Gift Cards in the event of loss, theft, destruction or damage.
CANCELLATION OF ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDS
This section does not apply to shop gift cards.
You have the right to cancel your electronic gift card within 14 days of the order being sent to the email address indicated for delivery, provided that you formally inform Baltanz in writing of your intention to cancel by contacting our customer service department at: info@baltanz.com, and provided that you have not used the funds on your electronic gift card. If you decide to exercise your right of cancellation, Baltanz will refund the amount of the electronic gift card to the original payment method used to purchase the gift card within 30 days of receiving written notice of cancellation from our customer service.
CANCELLATION OF THE SHOP GIFT CARD
Unless the shop’s terms and conditions of purchase specifically allow for cancellation, a gift card purchased in-store cannot be cancelled once purchased, except in accordance with your legal rights.
GENERAL
Gift Cards and their balances cannot be returned or refunded, in whole or in part, except in accordance with your legal rights. Gift Cards and their balances may not be resold, exchanged for cash or transferred for any value by you or anyone else, except to purchase items on baltanz.com in the UK only. There is no exchange of money for purchases made with the Gift Card.
We reserve the right to cancel any order on your electronic gift card and to refund any monies paid by you if we discover pricing or other errors relating to your order before the time of dispatch. In these circumstances, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to place a new order. Refunds will be made within 5 working days.
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed using your Gift Card balance and to refund any amounts redeemed and paid from your Gift Card to a new electronic Gift Card if we discover pricing or other order-related errors before the time of dispatch. In these circumstances, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to place a new order using a new eGift Card. The refund will be processed within 5 working days.
We reserve the right to cancel your gift card order if we believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions or if we suspect fraudulent activity. We also reserve the right to cancel any order placed using your Gift Card balance if we believe that you (or the person placing the order) have breached any of these Terms and Conditions or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will refund any amounts you have paid to us within 5 working days, less any costs we have incurred directly as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions for security, legal or regulatory reasons. You will be given at least one month’s notice of such changes or additions.
